Chotti Bahu or Chhoti Bahu?

[edit]

According to the official website the correct spelling is "Chhoti Bahu". Should this page not be corrected? Wiki-uk (talk) 14:23, 15 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have checked this again, and found that the spelling used most is now "Choti Bahu". The title of this page has been changed now. Wiki-uk (talk) 04:33, 4 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, this is an encyclopedia, not a catch-up site for pop-culture. See WP:PLOT and Wikipedia:How to write a plot summary. --Triwbe (talk) 06:30, 18 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Read Wikipedia:How to write a plot summary#What summaries aren't, it says:
A plot summary is not a recap. It should not cover every scene and every moment of a story. A website like Television Without Pity is a great resource, but we're just not doing the same thing they are, and we shouldn't follow their lead on summaries......

If you want to catchup on episodes try http://www.tvshowdiary.com/ but do not add it to this article. --Triwbe (talk) 08:21, 28 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Plot Choti Bahu is the story of Radhika, a simple-minded girl living in the pious city of Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, India. A dutiful daughter, a loving sister, and above all an ardent worshipper of Lord Krishna, she is adopted by a revered priest, Pandit Brij Mohan Shastri. Because the grandmother does not know Radhika's cast, she mistreats her and thinks of her as a servant. Radhika's refuge is Lord Krishna. She would have continued happily if it hadn't been for the arrival of Dev who sees her and falls in love, and she with him. There is a misunderstanding and he becomes engaged to her sister, Vishaka. On the night of the wedding, Vishaka goes to an acting audition and forces Radhika to don the wedding gown and veil. Radhika becomes married to Dev. Vishaka returns from the audition and puts the gown back on her self. When Dev finally removes the veil, he sees Vishaka and feels betrayed. This is not the woman he intended to wed. To his knowledge and to the eyes of most everyone else, Dev and Vishaka are married. Radhika follows Vishaka to her new home in Delhi with the goals of protecting her sister from shaming the family and somehow managing to fulfill her wifely duties to Dev. The story revolves around Radhika's sacrifices to keep her family happy, twisting her from one troublesome situation to another. The only refuge that she has is her only friend – Lord Krishna.

Three articles need to be merged

[edit]

Chotti Bahu – Sindoor Bin Suhagan, Chhoti Bahu - Sawar Ke Rang Rachi, Choti Bahu 2. You may have ONE main article covering the story. And ONE list article covering the episodes if you like. It would be best if you editors cooperated to accomplish this. If I do it, there may be problems because; 1) I am not India, and 2) I don't watch TV.

You may pick at one of the article's talk page to discuss or an editor's talk page.

A good example is Daily Lives of High School Boys and List of Daily Lives of High School Boys episodes   :- ) Don 18:40, 10 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Merges

[edit]

I've closed the couple of prods and redirected the two season-specific pages to here. The page histories still exist and therefore any content that needs to can be merged in. Whouk (talk) 12:34, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
