How about a redirect to the other article? --172.151.112.122 01:40, 13 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Not even sure that's needed... who is going to try to look up "Charles Bishop (pilot)" in the search box. There are other Charles Bishops in wikipedia, though, so maybe a disambig link at the top of those pages is appropriate.--Caliga10 11:44, 13 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Listen, you bitch, after Corey Lidle crashed into those apartment buildings I spent several minutes trying to figure out this kid's name. If it weren't for me finding it on 2002, it would have taken even longer, and even then his name didn't link to anything so I never found the article about the crash until it was finally mentioned by someone wanted to delete this article! --172.134.186.155 08:48, 14 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why "Pilot"? I think "Charles Bishop (pilot)" is inappropriate; he is best described as a terrorist or a lunatic. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.52.163.68 (talk) 10:14, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, how can we refer to this person as a pilot? As a pilot, I am personally offended; a pilot cannot do what he did. Call him a terrorist, call him a troubled teenager; he was anything but a pilot. - Canglesea (talk) 04:26, 30 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
He wasn't certified by the FAA and he hadn't even done a solo (in two years... which is a really long time to be a "student pilot" and not have even done a solo). I am going to change it to student pilot.--Sallicio 17:43, 14 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Suicide note

[edit]

The last line in his note seems to be a reference to the plot in Sum of All Fears by Tom Clancy, if someone wants to add that as a notation. 68.100.37.237 (talk) 06:08, 12 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed that too. Very strange. I wonder if anyone ever commented on this in the press.--Senor Freebie (talk) 03:37, 22 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
