Centrale Region → Centrale Region, Togo – Whilst there is no other "Centrale Region" article, there is the distinct possibility of confusion with other Central Regions. For this reason this article should have a clear title per WP:NCDAB, indicating that the region is located in Togo. Green Giant (talk) 21:10, 22 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I think I'm going to oppose this move. It may seem ambiguous, but this is apparently the only significant "Centrale Region" in English. See this Google Books search for "Centrale Region".
