New name

Has the Cawthron Institute actually been renamed? Their website still uses the word institute, though not always. I suspect that the single word is just shorthand, and that the name has not legally or officially been changed.124.197.15.138 (talk) 05:16, 20 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Additions and updates

I'm a new editor. Cawthron Institute is an important organisation and deserves a much more comprehensive entry. I'm adding sections in the hope of improving it. I intend to amplify the history and add more material on their contributions and current activities. The Greenshell mussel story, describing a major breakthrough, is my first attempt, chosen because I had references to hand.
