I'm not the artist, so it's not autobiography. Point taken about the blog links. I won't post any more edits.

Added citations, birth date, etc. As I read the standards for biographies of living people, this should now conform without qualification.

I have undeleted the draft on Carol Es' request. The various foundations' websites are not subject to editorial oversight and are nor considered reliable by Wikipedia's standards. Arguably they also aren't independent sources on their own grants. Newspapers or reputable magazines would make much more appropriate references. This may help.
