Page Move Suggestion

I want to move this page so that its title uses a plain old regular dash, a 0x2d character, instead of an m-dash. The m-dash makes it hard for some tools (such as ones I am writing) to deal with this page.

For example, the title could include something like "2015-16" and not "2015%E2%80%9316".

Any reason why not? Please let me know. I will wait a bit before making the move. Thanx.
