Well done

[edit]

I gotta say well done on prepping this page for the November election. Bravo! Chadlupkes (talk) 18:48, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, if you need any help over on the Washington front, I'll be glad to help out. – Zntrip 04:56, 11 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Results

[edit]

I've started to input the results, if someone else wants to continue the results are here. http://www.http://vote.sos.ca.gov/Returns/stasm/all.htm --Mhenneberry (talk) 03:53, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for helping out. Just a couple things to remember, though. First, there is no need to add a percent sign, the template adds it automatically. Also, for the winning candidate, change "{{Election box candidate with party link no change|" to "{{Election box winning candidate with party link no change|". One more thing – sometime in December, the Secretary of State will release the final results, so filling everything in now is only half of the work. – Zntrip 05:02, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of California State Assembly elections, 2008's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "results":

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 00:51, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
