This article is brutal

[edit]

I will implement a new article that has much less of the POV stuff, and weak wording... like...Due to Bruce’s shrewd judgment of talent... man, this stuff is just crap. Its almost propaganda. Any objections? Thoughtbox (talk) 23:43, 7 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A few isuses

[edit]

The bulk of this article is composed of complete transcripts of Bruce Allen's radio show, which doesn't seem in keeping with Wikipedia's style, and basically only gives his side of the story. Also, the "rebuttal" is especially hard to read because it's just one big block of text. Surely we can boil it down a little. Finally, no mention is made of Allen's work VANOC, which is a vital part of the context to Allen's remarks and the negative response they provoked. These are just a few thoughts for improving the article - I'll try to make some changes when I've got the time. -Father Inire 07:52, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I did a few changes... I haven't gotten around to summarizing the second transcript yet, though. Does anyone know where the transcripts originally came from? There's no source indicated. -Father Inire 08:34, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Transcripts

[edit]

I thought about editing the transcripts, but wanted to leave them intact, to ensure completeness and removal of any bias. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Factyou (talkcontribs) 09:21, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

We Went And Got Ourselves A Manager

[edit]

Why on EARTH is there no mention of the "silver vette with gold wheels" ? COME ON!! Surely some people know that reference. Haryadoon1 (talk) 11:27, 23 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

"Canadian English"

[edit]

What is the problem with the use of "Canadian English" on this page? It's about a Canadian. And anyway, there's no such thing. It's "British English", as used pretty much everywhere in the world EXCEPT the USA. British spellings and idioms are much more universal and recognised by a much larger majority of people than "Americans". Take off, you hosers.Haryadoon1 (talk) 11:27, 23 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
