I never came across an explicit mention of such a scenario. However, I believe it is relatively safe to assume that the BFLPE would still exist, but it would be smaller than it otherwise would if the medium ability students were high ability students. AttackMoose22 (talk) 14:09, 2 May 2017 (UTC)
