Copy-edit

[edit]

I have copy-edited the article to clean up the grammar. --Slashme 16:33, 18 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Duplicated reference

[edit]

User:NJGW's latest edit reintroduced into the article the bare reference number 8: (Gould, C. and Folb, P. (2002) Project Coast: Apartheid’s Chemical and Biological Warfare Programme. UNIDIR, pp. 4) which duplicates the correctly cited reference number 1: (Chandré Gould; Peter Folb;. "Project Coast: Apartheid's Chemical and Biological Warfare Programme". United Nations. Retrieved 2008-12-31.{{cite web}}: CS1 maint: extra punctuation (link) CS1 maint: multiple names: authors list (link))

I have removed the duplicated reference.---PJHaseldine (talk) 18:41, 10 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have inserted Chandré Gould; Peter Folb;. "Project Coast: Apartheid's Chemical and Biological Warfare Programme". United Nations. Retrieved 2008-12-31.{{cite web}}: CS1 maint: extra punctuation (link) CS1 maint: multiple names: authors list (link) in place of the ref you removed as it correctly attributes the statement to the source. Sources can be used multiple times in an article. Thank you for pointing out that one version of the cite template was more complete than the other. NJGW (talk) 20:17, 10 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dr. Wouter Basson exonerated

[edit]

It should be noted that the man was never convicted of any crime by an orderly court of law. A pile of bogus evidence and rumors is all there is. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 41.17.41.227 (talk) 08:41, 15 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

According to this website, another prosecution of Basson could be mounted.---PJHaseldine (talk) 15:42, 15 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Nice geocities web site that is. Following your line of argument, everyone is suspicious as soon vested interests start to hurl accusations against him. --41.17.252.128 (talk) 17:40, 11 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Mr Haseldine - your support of the ANC is commendable. Everytime there is an opportunity to slate the former government or military in South Africa - you are there. Your support for Nelson Mandela is great.....but you forget - He never did renounce violence - although he was given many opportunities....He approved many acts of terrorism - like the Church Street car bomb in Pretoria. Nelson Mandela is not a saint - just simply the worlds oldest Terrorist.... Have a look at the Youtube video called ANC VIP's of violence or the videos called ANC Sights unseen - that was what he was responsible for. Just terrorism - simple. And for the record - Wouter Basson will not be recharged - they are too busy fighting each other in the ANC...... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 222.153.120.228 (talk) 18:35, 27 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There are now other procedings against him by the HPCSA http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?art_id=nw20100506102747879C952604 It seems the people that are after him have an other agenda like perhaps professional jealousy. --41.19.121.200 (talk) 13:26, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
