Henry Stoker and AE2

[edit]

Just been reading an interesting account of the AE2 and Henry Stoker in the (British) Daily Telegraph. I have copied a link here. [1]

While there may be some interesting details for inclusion here about the AE2, it may also spark somebodies interest in creating a page for Henry Stoker himself.

Great, it has been done, thanks for that. A Taxed Mind (talk) 09:02, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

2014 expedition

[edit]

Our article reads:

A 17-day ROV exploration of the wreck by the Defence Science and Technology Organisation is planned for June 2014.[27] Planning and training for the expedition have been underway since 2004, including practice with a fabricated replica submarine in Corio Bay.[27] During the exploration, sacrificial anodes will be fitted to the wreck, and the location will be marked by buoys to minimise damage by passing ships.[27]

Any news on this? --Pete (talk) 21:03, 19 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
