Old 'miscellaneous information' tag?

[edit]

The tag has been there since August 2008, and I couldn't find any such list. Can this be removed? --DeathBySoliloquy (talk) 09:34, 16 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Architects (British band). Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

improper timeline

[edit]

I don't know how to do it, but touring musicians are not supposed to be part of the timeline. Someone please remove it. dannymusiceditor Speak up! 11:54, 21 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Progressive/technical

[edit]

I'm removing technical metal and progressive metalcore from infobox genres. The number of references supporting them pales in comparison to just "metalcore" and I think that this reflects a wider issue: there has always been a progressive/technical aspect to Architects' sound but it is not its dominant feature. There is also what I would call a "visceral hardcore" aspect and a "melodic punk" aspect to it, which are utterly atypical of technical/progressive metal bands and well discussed in the article. So my argument is that Architects strike a unique balance between different stylistic approaches and therefore it is not justified to highlight their progressive/technical side UNLESS a larger share of sources do; but the vast majority of sources would label them simply as metalcore.--MASHAUNIX 18:19, 24 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
