Better photo

[edit]

can someone get a better photo? barely can see his face... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Xaiver0510 (talkcontribs) 12:41, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Agree, he looks a little bit creepy there... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.19.127.132 (talk) 23:39, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As long as it meets the copyright requirements, sure. Chensiyuan (talk) 01:28, 24 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Why was the link to Song's profile and the blog he is

The link meets the criteria of having "meaningful, relevant content that is not suitable for inclusion in an article, such as reviews and interviews." As well as this, there is a link to his profile on another football website. Inspiredminds (talk) 07:28, 11 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

National teams

[edit]

Song has played for Cameroon's U20's and U23's (Olympics). I would add it to the info box myself but I'm don't know the exact stats. Banana Fingers (talk) 07:56, 5 January 2010 (UTC) [reply]

Relationship to Arsne Wenger

[edit]

Some bloke at the pub was telling me that Wenger was a father figure to Sir Alex. The guy seemed legit. He bought me a pint and said that he was a season ticket holder and knows a bunch of geezers at the Emeriates. I wanted to put this stuff in the wiki, but all you wiki dudes get pissed if there aint no links. So does anyone know something about this? I figure if a couple of us had heard stories about the "father-son" style relationship, we could totally put it in Sir Alex's wiki. SO what do youse guys thinks? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.14.36.165 (talk) 13:12, 4 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Such claims simply have to be backed by credible sources. Chensiyuan (talk) 13:49, 4 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Nicknames

[edit]

Is there any source for him being referred to as "Songinho" or "Songorf"? Never once heard him called that, and there's no source backing it up, so... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.109.132.231 (talk) 10:40, 20 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Barcelona

[edit]

He's not actually signed for them yet, why is he listed as a barca player? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.41.16.152 (talk) 08:34, 19 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

On 20th August 2012 Song completed his medical at F.C Barcelona — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pranav14k (talkcontribs) 14:15, 20 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Time with West Ham

[edit]

His time with West Ham consisted of two distinct spells. This is shown by the reference which states for his second spell that he "returned to" West Ham. Thus his two loans were not contiguous but were marked by a return to his parent club, Barcelona.--Egghead06 (talk) 13:36, 2 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
