GA concerns

After reviewing this article, I am concerned that it no longer meets the GA criteria. Some of my concerns are listed below:

The article has not been updated since it was promoted in 2009. This is particularily noticable in the Economics section and the Government section.
There are lots of uncited passages throughout the article, particularily in "Notable people".
There are lots of one-line paragraphs throughout the article, which should be merged with other paragraphs for better readability.
