Table removal

This table has no label as seen by the reader. This table is meaningless without a reference. What in the world is a "Manufacturing Index"? Tons, units, dollar value? What?

Map request

I was looking around online for a map of all the airports in the United States with commercial service, and I couldn't find one. That would actually make an excellent addition to this article, even if it was broken up into several maps due to the level of detail needed. -- Beland (talk) 20:49, 25 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
