Much of this was written by someone who obviously doesn't know the difference between "research article" and "news editorial", but then this is Addison we're talking about so I'm not shocked. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.111.255.137 (talk) 20:59, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Egh.

There are no citations at all whatsoever (the one in the Demographics section exempt), and it sounds like a newpaper editorial of some sort. Even check the talk page, others think so. Despite its size, it will have to be a Stub-class article because of all of its problems.

This place is relatively small and unknown, so I am giving it a Low-importance rating.
