Unsourced
[edit]Where is the citation for the assertion that ACP stands for Automatic Cartridge Pistol and that Automatic Colt Pistol is incorrect? These were all Browning cartridges produced for Colt's and bear that company's name just as other cartridges of the day were name (e.g., .38 S&W, .38 Colt New Police, etc.). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ana Nim (talk • contribs) 16:26, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
- I've added a source - there are numerous that all say the same thing. AliveFreeHappy (talk) 16:35, 9 September 2010 (UTC)
- Someone removed the ref, so I've added yet a different source. There are literally hundreds of books that state this obvious fact for those who remain unconvinced. AliveFreeHappy (talk) 16:28, 12 October 2010 (UTC)
