I am adding {{u|BlueD954] although you have asked not to be copied in on another page, as I see you have made a fairly recent entry here and have posted on my personal page. I propose to add at the bottom of the section the following, 'The two reserve regiments, 21 SAS and 23 SAS, are under the operational command of the Director Special Forces, as an integrated part of United Kingdom Special Forces.[1]. This is in line with the agreed changes to the Special Air Service article.Julian Brazier (talk) 11:09, 20 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I think that was the sort of wording we rejected because we could not source it. Rather than repeat the whole debate, we should keep to the wording previously agreed viz."On 1 September 2014, 21 and 23 SAS left United Kingdom Special Forces and were placed under the command of 1st Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Brigade.[2][3] The units then left that brigade before the end of 2019.[4] Dormskirk (talk) 11:07, 20 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

As with our discussion on the Artists Rifles page, the wording in this article on 23 SAS is slightly more detailed than what you are proposing on the ISR brigade (which is in the main SAS article)- happy to go for long or short form. My concern is to add in the current status (and to get rid of the poorly sourced sentence further up) in line with the main regimental articleJulian Brazier (talk) 12:09, 20 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
