Gratuitous sections in article
[edit]I do not believe that these Montreal history sections belong in this article, @Steam5:, @UnitedStatesian:, @Zak lef::
- 1 Demography there is an article for that: Demographics of Montreal. Large, seemingly misplaced section.
- 2 Legal framework content has nothing to do with COVID-19 pandemic in Montreal. Large, seemingly misplaced section, perhaps someone had meant to add them to a different article.
- 7.5.2.2 Selective collection of recyclable materials 3 paragraphs, 95%+ devoid of any relevance to topic.

I think this article is getting needlessly long with too much detailed information that often needs to be cleaned up for grammar. @Zak lef: Could you try to add only the most pertinent information in the future? Nsophiay (talk) 04:12, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
Hi, you are right, I will summarize some parts better User:Zak lef
Majority of references are in French
[edit]While the article is referenced properly, my issue is that a majority of the sources are in French. There are English sources, I'm sure, that speak of the same subject. Callmemirela 🍁 talk 20:20, 19 May 2020 (UTC)
Update map
[edit]The map hasn't been updated since May. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Fornico (talk • contribs) 17:26, 8 October 2020 (UTC)
New article for the boroughs?
[edit]Should we move the boroughs section to its own article? It's quite long and I think it clutters up the page. Nsophiay (talk) 14:27, 8 January 2021 (UTC)
- Yes. CaffeinAddict (talk) 06:27, 22 January 2021 (UTC)
- Also, the timeline should be it's own article as well like Timeline of the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada and Timeline of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ontario for example. The sections simply got too large. CaffeinAddict (talk) 06:32, 22 January 2021 (UTC)
Cases section
[edit]I think the cases table could benefit from being smaller, size wise. It would probably be easier to read. CaffeinAddict (talk) 01:33, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
