GA concerns

I am concerned that this article no longer meets the good article criteria. Some of my concerns are outlined below:

There are uncited statements throughout the article, including almost the entire "History" section.
The lead does not summarise all major aspects of the article.

The article contains numerous uncited statements, including almost the entire "History" section. The lead does not summarise all major aspects of the article. Globalsecurity.com is used numerous times as a reference, but per WP:GLOBALSECURITY it is considered an unreliable source; these inline citations will need to be replaced with reliable sources or the information it is verifying removed from the article.
