-This page doesn't seem to show sources although it's not marked that way.  Where did this listing appear?  The international Salvation Army website includes lieutenants and lieutenant-colonels in their glossary under "Ranks of officers", however, there is no separate "Lieutenant" or "Lieutenant-Colonel" listing in the About Us/Glossary.  I doubt they used a pre-1973 list on their website, and their own list seems odd.
