[edit]Electric vehicle platforms
[edit]In 2021 Stellantis announced plans to create new shared platforms as part of their electric vehicle (EV) strategy.[1] The group plans to have 39 electrified vehicle models available by the end of 2021.[2] There are four EV platforms with configurable drivetrains[3] planned to be developed by the end of the 2020s:[4][5][1]
- STLA Small, for B/C-segment vehicles
- with sub-variant Smart Car Platform for lower-priced vehicles
- STLA Medium, for C/D-segments
- Peugeot e-3008 III (e-P64, 2023-)
- Peugeot e-5008 lll (e-P67, 2024-)
- Opel Grandland ll (2024-)
- STLA Large Transverse, supporting products using transverse engine installations for C/D/Es
- STLA Large Longitudinal, supporting products using longitudinal engine installations for D/Es
- STLA Frame, for large trucks and light commercial vehicles
