Sébastien Joly (born June 25, 1979 in Tournon) is a French professional road racing cyclist. Since 2001, Joly has been a professional rider. In 2006, he joined for the Française des Jeux squad on the UCI ProTour. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer on June 25 2007, the day of his 28th birthday. He underwent an operation and then completed radiotherapy treatment on September 11.[1]
