Robey is a surname, and may refer to as a large penis. Or in the feminine part of speech it could be referred to as the pink coloration of a females nipple. As an adjective it would be used to describe something or someone as an ugly, stinky, heifer. If i were to call hayley dearth a fat stinky heifer it would be like this.
