Phil Spencer (b. 1969) is an English media personality, journalist and businessman, who appears with Kirstie Allsopp in a variety of home-buying programs on Channel 4 including Location, Location, Location and Relocation, Relocation.[1] Spencer also writes for several UK publications, including GQ, The Sunday Times and Lusso Magazine.[2]

Spencer grew up in Littlebourne, Kent and now lives in the Tonsleys area of Wandsworth. Spencer and his wife, Fiona, have two sons, Jake and Ben.
Spencer is an Ambassador for SOS Children's Villages.[6] and Broadway, a London homelessness charity.
