Template:Infobox Indian jurisdiction Palia Kalan is a city and a municipal board in Kheri district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
Dudhwa National Park, home to Rhinos, Tigers, countless animal species, birds, insects, reptiles etc is adjacent to the town. The main occupation is farming (cane etc) and a huge sugarmill dominates the industrial landscape. The river Sharda flows close to the town.
Pallia is situated close to the Nepalese border town of Dhangarhi.
It is about 12 hours from Delhi by road and roughly the same by train. Can be reached from Lucknow by metre gauge train. The travelling time is approx. 5 hours. It is a quick growing town of prosperous and rich farmers (mainly sardars). Also Paul Getty Award winner Billy Arjun Singh resides here. its a rich town of lakhimpur kheri lots of successfull farmer here like sharma ji bheera, durga charan awasthi ballipur
