Out There is an ITV drama series starring Martin Clunes.
Synopsis
[edit]A farmer confronts a drug gang in his rural community.[1] His own son is drawn in to the gang, causing his father to investigate. Meanwhile his farm ownership and that of his neighbours is subject to bidding by wealthy investors who utilise drone surveillance and mapping of farm property.

Production
[edit]The series was announced for ITV in September 2023. It is from writer and director duo Ed Whitmore and Marc Evans.[2] Philippa Langdale also directs episodes. Production comes from Buffalo Pictures, and the producers are Philippa Braithwaite and Evie Bergson-Korn.[3]
Martin Clunes leads the cast and is joined by Louis Ashbourne Serkis, Michael Obiora, Mark Lewis Jones, Natalia Kostrzewa, Carly-Sophia Davies and Gerran Howell.[4]
Filming took place in Wales in late 2023. Filming locations included Newport,[5] the Black Mountains[6] and Llandovery.[7]
