Ornativalva tamariciella is a moth of the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Zeller in 1850.[1][2][3] It is found in northern Italy, Croatia,[3][4] and possibly Saudi Arabia,[2] but the latter records may represent Ornativalva heluanensis.[5]
The wingspan is about 10–11.5 mm (0.39–0.45 in).[6] Adults have been recorded on wing in May and June.[5] The larvae feed on Tamarix species, including Tamarix gallica.[1][2][5][6]
