Nick Studio 10 was a live programming block which debuted on February 18, 2013. Currently on hiatus, it usually airs on Nickelodeon on weekday afternoons from the network's headquarters building in New York's Times Square.

The program is hosted by a group of young teens: Troy Doherty, Noah Grossman, Malika Samuel and Gabrielle "Gabby" Senn, who create videos consisting of random access humor directed toward pre-teens and teens. The program airs from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET (tape delayed for the Pacific feed), and is the first live afternoon block for the network since the short-lived 2007 block ME:TV. Nick Studio 10 revives a Nickelodeon tradition of afternoon blocks, with previous entries including Nick in the Afternoon (1994 to 1998) and U-Pick Live (2002 to 2005).

To start, the only program during the block which has aired has been multiple episodes of SquarePants, broken up by those video clips and live continuity which are inserted in the episodes randomly rather than at the actual program breaks, and include non sequiturs such as "Nick Did It!" during the interruptions.

Airing history
On April 1, 2013, the segments relaunched after an Easter break of a few weeks, moving back an hour from a 5 p.m. start to 4 p.m. and now including an hour of The Fairly OddParents, followed by SpongeBob. Some episodes of Monsters vs. Aliens have also aired in the block since April 29. The block again went on hiatus in mid-June 2013 to make way for Nickelodeon's summer programming blocks and marathons. A best of compilation of the show's spring season aired in primetime on September 2, 2013, which suggested its return with the fall schedule, but the continuity has yet to return.
