Takaharu Murahama (Japanese: 村濱 天晴, Murahama Takaharu, born September 9, 1972) is a Japanese[1] mixed martial artist.[2] He competed in the Lightweight[3] division. He is the brother of professional wrestler and kickboxer Takehiro Murahama.
Career
[edit]Prior to his pro debut he won 3rd place in the middleweight category (-74kg) at the 4th All Japan Amateur Shooto Championship. In addition, he holds notable victories over the likes of Chris Brennan, Yuji Hoshino, and Kotetsu Boku.
