This is a list of individuals serving in the United States House of Representatives (as of December 14, 2024, the 118th Congress).[1] The membership of the House comprises 435 seats for representatives from the 50 states, apportioned by population, as well as six seats for non-voting delegates from U.S. territories and the District of Columbia. Currently, there are 430 representatives.

[edit]- New Jersey 9: Bill Pascrell (D) died on August 21, 2024.[2] There was no special election.[3]
- Florida 1: Matt Gaetz (R) resigned on November 13, 2024,[4] after an announcement by President-elect Donald Trump of his intention to nominate Gaetz to the office of United States Attorney General, and the House ethics committee seeking to release their report on Matt Gaetz in two days at the time of his resignation. The special election will be held on April 1, 2025.
- California 30: Adam Schiff (D) resigned on December 8, 2024, being appointed to the U.S. Senate.[5]
- New Jersey 3: Andy Kim (D) resigned on December 8, 2024, after being appointed to the U.S. Senate.[6]
- North Dakota at-large: Kelly Armstrong (R) resigned on December 14, 2024, to take office as governor of North Dakota.[7]
