Mayuko Fukuda (福田 麻由子, Fukuda Mayuko), born on August 4, 1994 in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese child actress who made her debut in 1998. She is contracted to talent agency FLaMme.[1]
Her father, Kenji Fukuda (福田健治, Fukuda Kenji), is the second generation drummer of Japanese band Kasutera.[2]
