Marième Badiane (born 24 November 1994) is a French basketball player for Fenerbahçe and the French national team.[3] Standing at 1.91 m (6 ft 3 in), she plays center.

Early life

She is daughter of former basketball players Abdoulaye Badiane who played as shooting guard for Étendard de Brest between 1989-2000 and Cathy Silinski who played as center for Étoile Saint-Laurent Brest.[4][5] She is of Senegalese descent through her father.[6]

Career

She started her career with Centre fédéral and also played for Roche Vendée, Champagne Basket, Mondeville, ASVEL and BLMA[7] in France.
