Małgorzata Jasińska (born 18 January 1984) is a Polish racing cyclist, who most recently rode for UCI Women's Continental Team Burgos Alimenta Women Cycling Sport.[4]

In 2023, she became team manager of UCI Women's Continental Team Lifeplus–Wahoo alongside Morgan Kneisky.[5]
