The Hungarian Basketball Federation (Hungarian: Magyar Kosárlabdázók Országos Szövetsége, pronounced [ˈmɒɟɒr ˈkoʃaːrlɒbdaːzoːk ˈorsaːɡoʃ ˈsøvɛt͡ʃːeːɡɛ], MKOSZ) is the governing body of basketball in Hungary.

It is a member of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA).
