Lorna Katie Fitzgerald (born 8 March 1996) is a British child actress from Northampton. She lives in Hunsbury. She attends secondary school and currently is in Year 8.

Personal life

Lorna Fitzgerald started attending Stage Coach Drama Classes at the age of four.[1] She has two older sisters, Corinne (18) and Abigail (32). She is a keen dancer and enjoys ballet and tap.[2] She also plays the guitar and keeps active by swimming.[2][3] Her best friend on set is Madeline Duggan who plays her onscreen sister Lauren Branning.

Career

She appeared in the Casualty episode 'Animals',[2][3][4] and a short film called Big Girl, Little Girl.[1][5] She also appeared in the ITV drama The Golden Hour,[3] as well as playing Sarah Lancashire's daughter Jade Cannings in Cherished,[2][3][6] and Young Bex in According to Bex.[7] She has also been in adverts for Childline and Nescafe.

She currently plays Abi Branning in the BBC One soap opera, EastEnders.[2][3][8] She has now been playing Abi for over 2 years.[8]
