Stolipinovo district in Plovdiv , Bulgaria, is one of the largest Roma communities in Europe.

Quite a degraded area. The residents of this district in 2011 memed because in a report from a local channel that said that in the area in question a shelter was opening, a lady who was against this decision did not speak Greek well and her words did not make sense.
