|ShortSummary=The Gokaigers discover through the latest intergalactic newspaper that their bounties have skyrocketed. Navi's latest treasure navigation tells them that they should go to the police in search of the Greatest Treasure in the Universe. The Gokaigers head to a nearby police station, but upon arrival, Captain Marvelous is handcuffed by Marika "Jasmine" Reimon of the SPD, who has been circulating the bounty notices at the station. The Gokaigers promptly escape, but while Joe, Don, Luka and Ahim manage to return to the Gokai Galleon, Captain Marvelous is cornered at a shipping yard by Doggie Kruger, who confiscates his Mobirates. Before Kruger brings Captain Marvelous in, they encounter the Triggerian Buramudo - a wanted Alienizer hired by the Zangyack Empire on launching subterranean missiles to destroy every city on Earth in two hours. The duo manage to escape death from Buramudo, but Kruger is wounded in the process. Still not trusting the pirate Captain Marvelous, Kruger leaves him behind in attempt to stop the missile launch, but is promptly intercepted by Buramudo. Captain Marvelous quickly interferes and saves Kruger before they once again retreat. Meanwhile, on their search for their captain, the other Gokaigers battle several Gormin and Sugormin units and defeat them by changing into the Go-ongers and Dairangers. Seeing that he can at least trust Captain Marvelous' sense of honor, Kruger hands back his Mobirates. With only one minute left, Captain Marvelous rushes in and destroys the missile launching device before regrouping with the Gokaigers. Together, they change into the Dekarangers and defeat Buramudo. When Buramudo is enlarged, Gokaioh is summoned. Kruger tells the Gokaigers they can now summon the powers of the Dekarangers. Using the Dekaranger keys, they summon the Pat Striker from within Gokaioh. Pat Striker drives around Buramudo and fires a barrage of lasers at him before returning to Gokaioh to form Deka Gokaioh. Both Deka Gokaioh and Buramudo engage in an intense gun fight until Deka Gokaioh finishes off Buramudo with the Gokai Full Blast. After the battle, the Gokaigers escort a wounded Kruger when they are cornered by the police. Banban Akaza suddenly appears, notifying everyone that the alleged acts of piracy by the Gokaigers were proven to be a hoax instigated by the Zangyack Empire. He lets the Gokaigers go, but tells Captain Marvelous to use the Dekarangers' powers very well, promising not to be as forgiving as Kruger if their powers are abused.
