List of Powerpuff Girls Z episodes
Powerpuff Girls Z (Japanese: 出ましたっ!パワパフガールズZ, Hepburn: Demashita! Pawapafu Gāruzu Zetto, lit. They're Here! Powerpuff Girls Z) is a Japanese animated television series directed by Iku Ishiguro that aired for 52 episodes from 2006 to 2007 on the TV Tokyo network and other stations. It is also a commemorative work for Toei Animation's 50th anniversary.
Six theme songs are used for the series: two opening themes and four closing themes. The first opening theme is "Kibō no Kakera" (希望のカケラ, lit. "Shards of Hope") by Nana Kitade, while the second theme is "Jig THE Upper" (ジグ THE アッパー, Jigu THE Appā) by Hoi Festa. The first ending theme is "Mayonaka no Door" (真夜中のドア, Mayonaka no Doa, lit. "Midnight Door") by Liu Yifei, while the second ending is "LOOK" by Halcali. The third ending, "Tōriame" (通り雨, lit. "Shower"), is sung by wiz-us. The fourth ending, "Himawari" (ひまわり, lit. "Sunflower"), is sung by Hearts Grow.
