Li Yun-hae, or Ri Woon-Hae (born 3 September 1940) is a North Korean former sports shooter. He competed in three events at the 1972 Summer Olympics. He placed 15th in Mixed Free Rifle, Three Positions, 300 metres. He placed 58th in Mixed Small-Bore Rifle, Prone, 50 metres, and he also placed 27th in Mixed Small-Bore Rifle, Three Positions, 50 metres.[1] In his entire carrer, he has achieved 1 silver medal.[2]
