Khairtabad (Telugu: ఖైరతాబాదు) is a large suburb in Hyderabad, India. It is the biggest assembly constituency in Andhra Pradesh.

It has a major road junction of five roads called the Khairatabad circle, among the busiest in the city. The roads leading from the junction are towards Somajiguda, Ameerpet, Hussain sagar, Lakdi-ka-pul, and the suburb istself. One such extension of Khairatabad circle is the Raj Bhavan Road, where the residence of the Governor of Andhra Pradesh is located. There are many notable establishments including RTA's (Road transport authority) Head office, Media major ETV's head quarters, the Press club, College for practising managers, Laymen's church etc. Small companies and educational institutions such as Shadan group are present here.

The Khairatabad flyover starts at the circle and leads to Hussain sagar lake.

The Idol

The largest Lord Ganesh Idol in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad is installed at the Khairtabad state library during the Ganesh chaturthi festival and is immersed at Hussain sagar lake.

Khairtabad is connected by MMTS Hyderabad, a local train service. Buses are run by the state-owned APSRTC, and is well connected to all parts of Hyderabad.
