KSS Limited[4][5] (formerly known as K Sera Sera Limited) is a media company headquartered in Mumbai, India. KSS is a publicly listed company, currently listed on the BSE (formerly Bombay Stock Exchange) and NSE (National Stock Exchange of India Ltd) and formerly on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. KSS focuses on the entertainment film business with three business entities concerned with digital cinema rollout, the building of Miniplex cinema screens, and alternative content programming in cinema theatres, respectively.[6] The company has distributed over 100 films and produced 28.
History
[edit]The company was established on September 14, 1995 as Garnet Paper Mills Limited and was renamed in 2002 as K Sera Sera Production Limited.[7]
K Sera Sera Technologies Private Limited underwent a name change in April 2011 to K Sera Digital Cinema Private to better reflect its focus on digital cinema.[8] The company was incorporated in 2009 and is based out of Mumbai, India. K Sera Sera Digital Cinema Private Limited operates as a subsidiary of KSS Limited.[9]
