Jordy started out at Kansas State University as a Walk on and redshirted on the 2003 Big12 Championship team that consisted of Heisman candidate Darren Sproles. Jordy caught 122 balls for 1606 yards and 11 touchdowns. Jordy also showed his versatility by throwing 2 touchdowns and returning 2 punts for touchdowns, one of which was a 92 yarder against Baylor and an 89 yarder against Number 7 ranked Texas. After the season, Jordy has been continuing to improve his stock as one of the best wide receiver prospects in the 2008 NFL draft. At the NFL combine Jordy showed he has speed running a 4.49 in the 40 yd dash, proving all the critics wrong when everyone thought he was too slow to play in the NFL. March 28, 2008 is K-States NFL pro day in which Jordy will try to improve upon already impressive numbers in front of NFL scouts.
