Jitka Chlastáková (born 13 October 1993) is a Czech former football midfielder, who last played for Western Sydney Wanderers.[1] Previously she played for Sparta Prague,[2] Slavia Prague[3] and Jena.[4]

She was a member of the Czech national team. She made her debut for the national team on 19 September 2012 in a match against Armenia.[5]
