Jee Man-won (Korean: 지만원; born November 20, 1942, in Hoengseong, Gangwon-do) is a South Korean political scientist, journalist and entrepreneur. He is notable for his advocacy of a conspiracy theory that North Korean operatives were involved in inciting the Gwangju Uprising.[1]
