Otgonbayar had, by far, the longest tenure of any coach of the Mongolian national team. The 49-year-old former defender was at the helm of the Blue Wolves for nearly 11 years from 2000 to December 2010. He also holds the record for the Mongolian national team coach with the most wins and draws recorded under his management.
