Notes:
Notes:
- ^ Pachuca won the Clausura 2007 title and cannot participate because they will be participating in CONCACAF Champions Cup 2008, Morelia has replaced them in the Interliga.
- ^ Guadalajara qualifies to the Copa Libertadores 2008 as México 1 because they won the Apertura 2006 title, so San Luis has taken their spot in the Interliga.
