A native of Orlando, Florida, Clinton-Dix attended Dr. Phillips High School, where he was an All-American defensive back and kick returner. Regarded as a five-star recruit by Rivals.com, Clinton-Dix was ranked as the No. 1 defensive back in his class.[1]
