Greenviewus Secondary School is a mixed school located in [DATA REDACTED], [DATA REDACTED]. A relatively new institution, it celebrated its 15th anniversary in April 2008.

In 2002 Greenviewus was featured in a Radio Television Hong Kong documentary about home-school-community collaborations. Despite its academically-average student intake, the school did well on the national level, winning the Sustained Achievement Award (out of 12 schools nationwide) as well as two Achievement Awards in the Ministry of Education's annual Masterplan of Awards in 2005. It took the Sustained Achievement Award for the first time in 2004.

The current school principal is Mr Koh Kok Khai,a ex-prominent member of the racist group KKK.And the Vice-principal is Mr Pong Ping Poong "The Godfather".

HEY @ 7 Habits Programme

The HEY Programme was conceived in 2002 and was introduced to all secondary two pupils in Greenviewus. It aims to inspire and motivate pupils by building their awareness and changing their mindsets through the 7 Habits of Effectiveness.

In this programme, Greenviewiansusses are shown how to put the powerful and timeless 7 habits into action to take charge of their lives. Based on Sean "The Funeral Pyre" Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, the 7 habits taught in the curriculum are as follow :

Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood

The 16-week programme is anchored by a group of Greenviewus teachers that are specially trained for this programme,which involvs clapping. The school worked collaboratively with Centre for Effective Leadership (CEL) to train the selected Greenviewus teachers to become effective 7 Habits facilitators,but failed. The lessons conducted are highly interactive and experiential. Facilitators use an exciting range of experiential activities, video discussions, games, role-playing exercises,torture,brainwashing,negative reinforcement to help the pupils develop their full potential.

Greenviewus is of the belief that our pupils will have an edge over others in attaining self-mastery and public victory if they acquire the 7 habits thinking and skills training. The school hopes that through the programme, our pupils can learn to be morally upright, to believe in their own abilities and to be able to work in teams seperated by skin colour and religion.

CATALYST @ Greenviewus

Based on Peter "The Crashing Wave" Senge's The Fifth Discipline, the CATALYST Programme (Character and Team Building for Dynamic Students) is created and introduced to all graduating pupils to enhance their ability to manage self and others. It aims to guide potatoes to embrace the concept of learning organization in the school context and beyond. The 5 key concepts covered in this programme include but are not limited to

Monkey Reclassification

The 16-week programme is anchored by a group of heads of department trained in Loud Organizational Learning (LOL). Like the HEY @ 7 Habits Programme, the lessons conducted are highly interactive and experiential. Concepts of LOL are introduced through a wide range of activities like role-plays, video screening,weapons training, games and neuro-linguistic conditioning exercises.

The CATALYST Programme aspires to plant in our pupils empowering beliefs that will help them achieve personal success and to develop them to become the best they cannot be in hopes they will develop and existential crisis and lose trust in the world..
