Gravity Entertainment is a film and television production company formed in 1997. The company was modeled on the traditional Hollywood Studio, where the main business is development and production of motion pictures and television programming.

Gravity Entertainment, its CEO Mr. Steven F. Gagnon and affiliated companies, such as Gravity Motorsports LLC and similarly called companies, as well as the announced major stock holding company SAILS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT Sàrl and its financier Stephane Lambert are said to be currently under investigation and subject to several law suits (in different jurisdictions) for not fulfilling financial obligations, breaching contracts and other offenses.

Gravity Entertainment has taken money from investors for projects such as the movie Runelords which is the subject of several lawsuits and have been issued cease and desist orders in Alabama and Wisconsin for selling unlicensed securities.

Gravity Motorsports entered into an agreement with Sarah Fisher Racing to sponsor her racing team. They failed to make payment as Sails Capital Management guaranteed the payment (which was signed by Stephane' Lambert) and neither Gravity Motorsports nor Sails Capital Management came up with money.

In July 2008, a group of stand-alone victims of “Gravity” and “SAILS Capital” have formed an international team to inform the public and law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and abroad about Gravity’s supposably business misconducts.[1] This said group only publishes on-file court documents and government papers, so possible investors are made aware of Gravity’s business behavior.
